I am passionate about capturing natural landscapes when the atmosphere and light, mask and envelop the subject into an dreamlike view. Rain, smoke and fog transform the light that wraps scenes and details nearly to an abstract. Large areas of shadow are beautifully incorporated in many of the compositions.

Constantly searching for an intimate scene and lighting that gives the viewer a sense of the beauty as if they are there. These images have been created to give a quiet sense of peace and calm, and in some cases recall a personal experience from a past adventure.

The images in this display have all been created with film or digital cameras from 35mm to 8x10. Each image has also been digitally retouched for optimum quality and color of life, and printed using the latest techniques of either a laser/silver printing process or giclee printing for archival permanence.
